Craig has spent thirty five years working in varying capacities in the provision of welfare services to children and their families. In particular in statutory child protection, and for people with disabilities.
Trained as a Psychologist, Craig has managed a large district for the Department of Community Services (DoCS) at Liverpool. He was a Principal Policy Analyst and State Director of Adoption and Permanent Care in DoCS.
In 1997 he completed a Churchill Fellowship to research Innovative Practice in Child Protection. He has also completed the Harvard Business School Strategic Perspectives in Non-Profit Management course in 2016.
After 17 Years at DoCS Craig took up the position of General Manager at The Northcott Society, and was subsequently invited to become CEO for Interaction Disability Services in March 2005. Craig sits on two Boards and three School Councils.
General Manager, Operations
Maggie has over thirty five years experience in supporting children and adults with disabilities, both within government and non-government sectors. The past twenty of those years has been with Interaction.
Maggie has managed both group home accommodation models as well as a residential setting for sixty children and young adults with her main focus been on the transition of all sixty residents into small group community based accommodation options.
In her current position with Interaction, Maggie oversees Accommodation (High Support and Drop in Services), Direct Support and Support Coordination services. Maggie is also part of Interaction’s Executive team. Her qualifications include Diploma Community Services (Disabilities) Certificate IV Community Services Disabilities, Certificate III Community Services Disabilities, Graduate Certificate Educational Studies (Disabilities), Diploma in Frontline Management, Certificate in Workplace Assessment and Training, Advanced Welfare Certificate.

Gurdeep has been with Interaction for nearly thirteen years, and in her current role as Financial Controller since 2010. She holds a master’s degree in economics in addition to qualifications in IT software solutions & financial accounting.
During her time at Interaction, Gurdeep has leveraged her deep understanding of the business, coupled with solid financial acumen, to have robust financial planning & disciplines in place. She has played a vital role in improving the financial sustainability of the organisation by working closely with the Funding Bodies, Management and the Board of Directors.
Prior to Joining Interaction, Gurdeep has worked with different companies in software development, accounting and financial roles. Gurdeep is married with two boys and loves to travel, socialise and remains focused in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She can speak four languages: Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu & English, which can be helpful within the organisation where there are participants from a diverse cultural background.
Principal Psychologist / BAHS Manager
Lisa has worked in the field of intellectual and developmental disability for over twenty years. Her experience includes: behaviour support, individual and group therapy, psychometric assessment and training. Lisa has a number of interests in the Intellectual and Developmental Disability area including: dual diagnosis, adapted psychological therapies, use of augmentative communication, the carer experience & coping, ageing & dementia, Prader-Willi Syndrome and complex trauma.
Lisa is also a registered supervisor of Provisional Psychologists with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), a registered Medicare provider under the Better Access to Mental Health Care Initiative, and a Stepping Stones Group Triple P Practitioner. Lisa holds full membership with the Australian Psychological Society (APS), and is a committee member of the group ‘Psychologists in Developmental Disability’ (PsychDD).
Lauren was originally employed by Interaction in 1999 as a Social Educator in Supported Accommodation, before becoming a SAS Team Leader in 2002. From 2005-2007 Lauren moved to a position of Program Manager of Support & Training, this was a community outreach program for adults with mild to moderate intellectual disability.
Returning to Interaction in late 2007 Lauren was involved in policy and tender development, staff training and project-based work. In 2016 she joined the Executive Leadership team as Executive Officer. This role involves the corporate management of Administration, Marketing and ICT; project management; organisational strategic growth, compliance and accreditation activities.
Lauren qualifications include: Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Psychology, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Certificate IV in Disability Work and Certificate III in Community Services (Disability Work). Other achievements include Pride of Workmanship Aware from the Rotary Club of the Hills Kellyville in 2012, and Interaction Employee of the Year 2011.
Since first joining Interaction in 1999, Lauren has seen the organisation mature and grow into a leader of services in North-Western Sydney.
