Support Worker – Castle Hill

We currently have a full-time position vacant in one of our high support houses in Castle Hill.

We are looking for a supportive, reliable, highly motivated and energetic Support Worker to work with 4 young ladies with Intellectual Disability and Autism. These ladies have outgoing natures and great personalities. They enjoy going to the movies, playing sports, going on short holidays and camping trips. They love young boy bands and enjoy the latest music.

About You

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in supporting people with Intellectual Disability (ID) and challenging behaviours
  • Demonstrated resilience to episodes of challenging behaviour
  • Willingness to work across a range of shifts including some weekends and night shifts
  • Demonstrated ability to adhere to a structured routine
  • Current driver’s licence and a reliable fully insured vehicle
  • Demonstrate commitment to the rights of people with disability
  • Current Working with Children Check
